Shipping Method

Orders for physical products (if applicable) are shipped through trusted domestic courier companies and/or India Post. Digital gift cards and e-vouchers will be delivered instantly or within the committed timeline to your registered email address or mobile number provided at the time of purchase.

Dispatch Timelines

Physical orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days of order confirmation and payment receipt or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and postal service norms and the location of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may apply to your order; however, we may waive these charges from time to time as a goodwill gesture or during promotional offers. Please note that any waiver of fees on one occasion does not constitute a commitment or guarantee of similar waivers in the future.

Delivery Commitment

Our responsibility is to hand over the consignment to the courier or postal authorities within the specified dispatch time frame.
SKYTAP is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address

All physical deliveries will be made only to the registered billing address of the buyer (as per the credit/debit card or payment details) unless specified at the time of order.
Digital gift cards will be delivered to the email ID or mobile number registered during purchase.

Damage in Transit

SKYTAP is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit for physical shipments. For digital products, if you face issues in accessing or redeeming your e-gift cards, please contact our support team immediately.
