CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At SKYTAP, we strive to make your gifting experience smooth and worry-free. Below is our policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:

Order Cancellations
  • The person who created the gift voucher request decides to cancel it before the order is processed.
  • If the total payment towards the cost of the gift voucher is not successfully received or verified, the order will be cancelled.
  • The requested gift voucher may no longer be available or may be temporarily out of stock due to inventory or partner constraints.
  • In certain cases, the brand whose gift voucher you purchased may reject or decline the request for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any unforeseen technical glitch, system error, or operational challenge that prevents the successful processing of the order may result in cancellation.
Refund & Replacement

At SKYTAP, we aim to make your gifting experience completely worry-free. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a replacement or full refund within 7–10 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

  • Retain all original documents and packaging.
  • Ensure the gift card or voucher is returned in its original condition.
  • Send the gift card or voucher back to us as per the instructions provided by our support team.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will update you on the status and process your refund or replacement promptly.

Return Process

We have made returns simple and hassle-free. Follow these easy steps:

  • Step 1: Initiate Request
  • Email us your order details, including the purchase date, product name, amount paid, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement.

  • Step 2: Report Issues Promptly
  • If the product is defective or not as described, submit your return request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Step 3: Approval and Instructions
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions, including the return address and shipping details.

  • Step 4: Ship the Product Back
  • After receiving approval, send the product back within 48 hours, ensuring it is in its original condition with all documents and packaging. Once the returned gift card or voucher is received and inspected by our Quality Control team, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
